Carolyn, a colleague of mine at Compass shared an amazing customer service story that involved you and your firm. In December you may recall delivering a gift basket to the residence of one of my District Managers, Kirk Thompson. Unfortunately you did not have the correct address and mistakenly went to the wrong home. You were greeted at the door by a couple young children who were probably disappointed to find out that this beautiful basket was not for them. Later, after delivering the basket to the Thompson residence, you returned to the home with the two children and dropped off a gift basket in celebration of the season. I’m sure that the children were absolutely thrilled by the unexpected surprise and your kindness.
Being in the customer service industry, this story really, really impressed me. First, I just wanted the opportunity to thank you for your generosity.
